French artist Captain Souk joins forces with the mysterious La Temptress for “I Need a MAAAN,” a riotous debut single released through TRANCEGRESSIVE. Blending hard dance, hard trance, techno and unapologetic club energy, the track is built for peak-time chaos.

Captain Souk—also known as Djamil Azazna—brings an unconventional background to the rave. A former chemistry professor at Versailles University, Azazna has traded the lecture hall for the studio, presenting himself as a self-styled “rave scientist.” His debut production experiments with explosive contrasts, combining pounding reverse bass, huge screeching leads and flamboyant diva vocals from La Temptress.

“I Need a MAAAN” is playful, theatrical and deliberately over-the-top.
